Forbidden Tiki: Experience the Unique Speakeasy Vibe in Sarasota

Came here for a bachelorette party after dinner and it was SO fun. Drinks were great and the vibe was so neat. Such a little gem!

I loved it when it was a true speak easy. We came tonight after dinner and the entrance was though the new country bar that we had no desire to go to. We would have paid a $10 cover to walk in. Sorry, but I don't like country music and just wanted to go one of my favorite bars. Wasn't gonna pay money to walk though the building to go there. You lost your appeal! You need your own entrance!!

This place has changed. It’s still there but you have to listen to country music as that seems to be the main attraction now. You also have to pay cover charge for the band playing. It’s really hard to recommend anymore, but I see why they did it, the honkey tonk is just way more profitable. However this is just not the same place/vibe that it was before.

Cadillac Jacks is a small unique venue, but there is still elbow room for dancing. Mark Paulino is an excellent instructor. Bartenders make strong drinks. Lots of nice fun dancers attend this bar. Excited to become a regular here (｡◕ ‿ ◕｡)

Nice speakeasy in the Siesta Key area I highly recommend this spot to enjoy with friends or family. Beautiful little bar. Great service and flavorful drinks.

The atmosphere is great for dates or just hanging out in general, very well run business we will be back!

This is part of Cadillac Jacks Honkey Tonk and Saloon. Upon entry you walk down the entrance to a room with a bar, seating, and a dance floor for line dancing. To the left is a large billiard room. Both rooms have restrooms at the back. Turn right and find the Forbidden Lounge at the end of the bar. The Forbidden Lounge is completely different from the country music in front. The decor is phenomenal. To your left there's a bar. There are booths decorated with ivy on the walls and floral hanging vines above you. Then at the back of the room there's this awesome little room with two completely wonderfully comfortable large couches against opposite walls and a chair at the head of the coffee table that is in between the couches. It is the most relaxing room in the whole awesome place! Take a few minutes to read the message on the wall near the bathrooms that are in back of the line dancing floor. You will get some chuckles. The whole place is amazing and the service is on point! Outside food is allowed as there is no kitchen or food sold. Just drinks.
